What's wrong with this picture??

This is our 8 year old neice

We were watching John and Caroline's 4 kids for a week while they took a trip to England. And of course, on the LAST day, this happens!

Her tooth was very infected and abcessed so I had to take her to the dentist to get it pulled.

She was a trooper!
