I gues that Grant decided he had had enough of the IV in his head. They had stopped giving him anything through the IV this morning but they left the IV in just in case they needed to give him anything else before he went home. The nurse was watching him for us while i helped Lindsay take a shower and when we got done and i went to get him back the nurse that he had somehow pulled the IV out of his head himself. I guess he decided that he was tired of the IV and since no one would take it off for him he would have to take matters into his own hands. It was funny because today Ben and Robbie's boys sent over some letters to me, Lindsay, and Grant. Trey who is 6 was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, and so he has had more IV's, meds, and hospital stays in his short life so far then the average person will have in their lifetime. In his letter to Grant he said, "Dear Grant, you are a tough little guy. IV's in the head are the worst. Love, Trey." Thanks for the letters boys.
Here are some pictures of him without the IV in his head.
